VOMO’s Executive Chef Iain Todd, hails from Tasmania Australia, where he honed his skills to bring the freshest local ingredients to the table, with flair and flavour to tantalise the palate. Iain leads the VOMO culinary team in the creation of world-class cuisine and premium international beverage selections served throughout VOMO, that fit just perfectly into the tropical environment. The VOMO culinary team ensure VOMO’s highly regarded reputation as a premier gourmet destination in the South Pacific.
With produce sourced from the best domestic and international suppliers, dishes are complemented with ingredients straight from VOMO’s own gardens. With a great love for food and creating memorable dining experiences for guests, our team strives to better the dining experience with each meal. All meals are included for all guests throughout your stay at the resort’s restaurants.
For guests on restricted diets or with allergies, VOMO’s culinary team assure you of our greatest care in providing menus to suit. All menu offer Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian options. Delicious vegan menus are available with daily changing offerings at all meal times. VOMO is experienced in also providing menus for Coeliac guests and assure you of the utmost care in providing these meals in the right conditions from our kitchens.
In general, VOMO usually has available a variety of alternative milks such as soy, oat and almond milks, however it is best to message us ahead of time to chef@vomofiji.com with your specific requirements and to ensure we can try to source the required variety.

Breakfast at the Reef Restaurant is a vast selection of fresh fruits, nuts, yoghurts, chia puddings, muesli, cereals, island baked pastries and breads from our chilled walk-in breakfast buffet room. Your breakfast a la carte menu features delicious breakfast meals, made to order. All served up with espresso & latte coffees, specialty teas, fresh blended juices and infused waters. Open 7am to 10am daily for everyone to enjoy.
Lunch is available at Reef Restaurant for all resort guests from 12noon to 3pm. A choice of several items across three course menus, that change every day of the week. Every menu at VOMO features vegetarian, lactose free and gluten free options.
A vegan menu is available also on request. Speak to our culinary team or email indulge@vomofiji.com with any dietary questions you may have.
Lunch is offered at The Rocks Restaurant for adult guests from 12pm to 3pm daily, dishing up an eclectic and delicious Asian menu selection to enjoy in the restaurant or at your deck chair or cabana by the poolside.
Dinner is served nightly at Reef Restaurant from 6.00 pm for all resort guests. There are vegetarian, gluten and lactose free options on all menus. There is entertainment each night at Reef Restaurant. Children are welcome to dine with parents or can enjoy their own dining experience at The Kids Village from 5.30pm from the fabulous kids menu. Wednesday evening, is VOMO’s Lovo, Meke and barbecue night.

The Rocks is open for adults only dinner (fr 16 years) with a journey through Asia Pacific of delicious and exotic flavours to indulge your taste buds. The extensive menu changes regularly and features stand out cuisine, not usually found in Pacific Rim dining rooms.
Open from 6.00pm right after sunset canapés and cocktail hour.
