Entry to Totoka is through a paved driveway adorned on each side with tropical landscaping. This provides an incredible sense of arrival onto the entry bridge, which leads to the villa’s entry lobby and gallery space.

With an exceptional spatial plan layout, Totoka Residence has been designed as a concave C. The main living and kitchen space forms the residence’s central dwelling zone to the right of the entry. Tucked in on the western side of the residence is the media room and adjacent loggia games area with a pool table, providing an additional covered space to gather and socialise or relax in front of the TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom King beds can be reconfigured as twin beds, and all three bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom. Tall stacking sliding doors open the bedrooms to north/western vistas that lead to private exterior decking from each bedroom to the outdoor bath and shower.

The central living spaces flow out to the main deck, an 84 square metre pool, sunken entertaining lounge space and outdoor covered dining space, all seamlessly connecting the various outdoor relaxation zones. Alfresco outdoor dining is located under cover, adjacent to the living areas and positioned to provide vistas of the beautiful surroundings. The sunken entertaining space around the pool features suspended seating and a fire pit in the centre for added ambience. Over 13 metres in length, the infinity swimming pool also has a shallow dwell space for smaller children and then leads onto the remaining steps into the central area of the pool, featuring pockets of built-in seating to take advantage of the north/west outlook.
