VOMO Welcomes Chalk Hill Winery for an Intimate Paired Dinner at The Rocks

VOMO Island guests are invited to an exception six-course degustation dinner artfully paired with exceptional Chalk Hill and Alpha Crucis Wines from South Australia.

Joyce Kumari of Viti Wines and Beverages will co-host the event guiding guests through the selections, sharing stories behind the vineyards and philosophies behind each wine.

The menu will feature fresh Fijian lobster and yellowfin tuna, duck leg confit and lamb two ways. A soursop parfait creates a sweet ending to the culinary journey.

Set against the fading silhouette of VOMO Lailai island on the horizon, the dinner will feel indulgent and unique to VOMO.
