Catering for our little VIPs
Our baby butler service gives parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are being loved and cherished by someone who will keep a watchful eye while they explore the island and kids village. The Kids Club does have a minimum age for children attending alone. Children under 4 years of age are welcome to come to the Kids Village with a Baby Butler or parent/guardian and enjoy the facilities.
Four (4) Hour Complimentary Baby Butler Service for children 3 years and under– Terms & Conditions
Complimentary Allowance
- Each family booking includes four (4) hours of Baby Butler care for up to two children per day
Ages Covered?
- Ages 0-3: We provide up to four (4) complimentary hours of care with a Baby Butler for this age group, whether in-room, on-island, or in the Kids’ Club. See fees for additional hours below.
- Ages 0–3: If attending Kids’ Club, this age group must be supervised by a Baby Butler (using the four (4) complimentary hours), OR by a parent/guardian, OR by booking additional butler hours if they have used up their complimentary hours for the day. See fees for additional hours below.
- Ages 4+: May attend our Kids Club without supervision, supervised by our trained Kids’ Club staff, at no extra charge—no Baby Butler required.
Fees for Additional Hours/Care
- Beyond the four complimentary hours for infants (or for extra butler service for any age), the rate is FJD 30 per hour, per Butler. Subject to change. Maximum of 2 children per babysitter.
- Subject to the Resort’s discretion, depending specifically on the age of the children, the Baby Butler service can be shared between two little ones. We recommend booking two butlers when caring for three or more children simultaneously; standard hourly rates apply.
Butler Availability
- Available daily from 7am to 9pm. All care (complimentary or paid) must be reserved in advance via Guest Services.
- Requests for Baby Butler services prior to 7am must be arranged in advanced via Guest Services.
- Please note that while the Baby Butler service is available from 7am to 9pm, the Kids’ Club operates from 9am to 10pm daily.
Butler Allocation & Preferences
- We strive to assign the same butler throughout your stay for consistency.
- While most butlers are female, you may request a male butler at no extra charge.
Billing
- Any additional butler hours or extra-butler fees will be posted to your villa account and settled upon check-out.
