Vomo welcome

Dear Valued Guests

In this time of uncertainty and fear, I hope this newsletter finds you safe and well with loved ones.

VOMO’s Board has been checking in with the team on the island regularly and we could not be prouder of their spirit displayed over this period. True, the property has no guests for the time being, however the famous dedication, warmth and care displayed by our team towards our guests has been channelled into making sure that VOMO looks better than ever.

Our team is committed to making sure that there are a lot of positive enhancements to the VOMO experience when the days of COVID-19 are behind us. On behalf of the board, I would like to reassure you, valued members of our VOMO family, that we will be ready and waiting for you when you are able to travel again.

With more than 20 years of successful and consistent trading, we are committed to supporting our staff during these tough times and have worked hard to ensure that there have been no redundancies or leave without pay. This is particularly important to us as there is no public recourse for Fijian workers over this period and many of our team members support multiple families.

If you are, or were due to be joining us, I would like to assure you that we have ensured all bookings remain fully flexible across this period. We want you to know that in a world of uncertainty, there is no risk for you to continue to dream and plan your island escape.

If you have any doubts or questions about your upcoming booking, you are welcome to contact our Pre-Stay Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, or our General Manager personally to work to find a solution. I have included their personal contact details at the bottom of this newsletter.

We send you strength, love and healthy wishes.

Chris Alpe
