“Nothing should feel over-designed or overly formal. In fact, the spaces feel natural, open to the breeze, and welcoming at any time of day,” Leon said.

A More Connected Experience

From arrival, there is a sense of warmth — a feeling of coming home.

The resort now unfolds seamlessly: beach cabanas along the sand, a relaxed courtyard for gathering, and a closer connection between the restaurant, bar, and ocean.

Guests will move as they always have, but with more space to pause — and more reason to linger.

“I hope returning guests feel the same familiarity they’ve always loved, but notice that everything feels lighter, more spacious, and even more welcoming,” Leon said.

Vuda Reimagined

At the heart of the refurbishment is Vuda Bar and Restaurant — now more expansive, more dynamic, and more inviting.

The new design creates a natural flow between dining, drinks, and the surrounding landscape. An open kitchen and the introduction of Epicure bring a sense of theatre and connection to the culinary experience, while the bar has become a place guests can enjoy from morning through to late evening.
