Recently, our culinary team completed an intensive four-day collaborative training engagement led by renowned culinary trainer Marcus Braun from Fahrenheit Culinary Consultants.
The program focused on refining techniques, strengthening kitchen processes, and elevating consistency across several specialised areas of pastry and bakery production.
The hands-on sessions explored artisanal breads, viennoiserie, desserts, and garnishes, with an emphasis on precision, workflow, and thoughtful presentation.
Working side-by-side with the VOMO culinary team, Marcus shared practical techniques and industry insights designed to enhance both creativity and efficiency in the kitchen.
