Cure Kids Christmas Celebrations. Over $17,000 raised by our generous guests. Vinaka!
As part of our Mt VOMO Charity Climb, both guests and staff have together raised $17,710 this year for our charity, Cure Kids Fiji.
Today were lucky to host a group of 38 teens with rheumatic heart disease and their carers who are looked after by Cure Kids, Fiji. We presented them with a large cheque of funds raised by guest contributions, matched by VOMO and the Mt VOMO Charity Run.
They enjoyed a wonderful Xmas party and games, a sumptuous lunch and Captain Cook cruise transfers for a great day on VOMO.
We’d like to take the opportunity to thank all guests who have done the run/walk/meander up Mt VOMO for this very worthy cause. The kids were over the moon with gratitude.
A special mention goes to Mark Beretta, Channel 7 TV personality who kindly launched the campaign back in 2016 with his “Are you Better than Beretta” challenge! Vinaka Mark – the Charity Climb is stronger than ever.
