The parfait features creamy frozen yoghurt, rich blackberry beetroot gel, delicately sculpted sugar toffee and raspberry meringue. Artistically divine to the eyes and tastebuds. The dish is beautifully presented, with the beetroot’s deep red hues contrasting against the sprinkling of fresh raspberries and crisp white meringue.
