HOW TO GUIDE

Step 1:

Choose from the 4 day or 7 day programme  (links below) depending on your length of stay.  You can mix and match between the two if needed.

Step 2:

Watch Intro Video for that workout.  This video will show the exercises, modifications, and timing format for that workout.

Step 3:

Grab your yoga mat, towel, and drink bottle and find a flat open area for your workout.

Step 4: 

Get ready to start the workout and play the timed workout video. Have fun!

Step 5:

You’re done! Pack up, have a shower or swim and enjoy the rest of your day on VOMO! Well done.
