Lovers of fine food: A ‘must attend’ culinary event

Across this 5 day culinary event, which will include exceptional dinners and long lunches, Nic Watt will showcase a varied and elegant array of skilfully created dishes, to a small select group of diners.

“Nic Watt certainly has a similar philosophy to VOMO about food, which is why we are so excited to bring Nic and VOMO together for this event. I really hope many of our regular guests will put this in their diary. It’s going to be special, ” says Mark Leslie, General Manager of VOMO.

Together with Dhall & Nash Fine Wines, New Zealand’s premier wine merchant, VOMO will be showcasing some exquisite New Zealand wines as well as Billecart-Salmon champagne. In 2018 Maison Billecart-Salmon Champagne House turns 200 years old.

As part of the culinary event VOMO will create a celebratory long birthday lunch under the palm trees, featuring Billecart-Salmon champagne and a six course menu, prepared by VOMO Executive Chef, Nicholas Samaras and his culinary team.
