A Christmas cocktail sure to delight
VOMO’s Coco Mojito
Just in time for Christmas celebration drinks, we share below the ingredients for our very popular Coconut Mojito. Christmassy green, minty and refreshing. Enjoy!
- 30 ml Malibu coconut white rum
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- crushed ice
- 1 lime cut into quarters
- handful of mint leaves
- soda water
Make sugar syrup by boiling 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup water. Add some coconut water to it for extra flavour.
smash the limes, lime juice, mint leaves and ice together with 15 ml sugar syrup. Add rum and top up with soda water.
Can replace coconut water with passionfruit pulp for a Passion Mojito.
