Executive Chef – Peter Phan
Peter has worked for luxury, boutique travel brands such as the exceptional Epikurean Group, Six Senses and most recently the award-winning Havannah Resort & Spa in Vanuatu. We are excited to have Peter’s expertise, artistic flair and passion heading our already exceptional kitchen talent. Welcome, Peter!
Executive Sous Chef – Satyendra Kumar
Supporting Peter, is Satyendra Kumar – a highly experienced chef with a deliciously diverse luxury resort background. With experience from respected brands such as Park Hyatt, One and Only, Shangri-La and Centara this exceptional talent brings a plethora of culinary skills from destinations across India and the Maldives. We could not wish for a better mix of high-end industry expertise.
Food & Beverage Manager – Andrew Clark
Andrew combines Chef’s hat restaurant guest service experience and luxury city hotel and island resort food and beverage management expertise. Coming from his latest posting as Food and Beverage Manager, at one of the top 10 islands in the world (Desroches Island Seychelles), we can’t wait to show you what Andrew has in store for our food-loving guests.
