Rates

All nightly rates are quoted in Fijian dollars and are inclusive of all taxes. All rates include accommodation, all meals in the restaurant, nonalcoholic beverages including mini bar, arrival bottle of wine and fruit, daily laundry service, non-motorised water sports, sunset canapés in the bar, weekly Meke performance and hosted Manager’s cocktail party.

Rates are valid through to 31st March 2013.

The Residence

Up to 8 people: F$9,000

The Residence also includes a 24-hour butler, sunset canapés and a bottle of champagne on arrival. The Residence includes lounge, dining and kitchen areas, living area, entertainment system and private pool. Up to eight (8) guests can enjoy The Residence in King or Twin configurations.

The Royal

Up to 4 people: F$5,350

Extra Adult (max 2 extra): F$650

Additional Bedding: F$50

Note: The Royal also includes lounge, dining and kitchen areas, a living area entertainment system and private pool. Up to six (6) guests can enjoy the Royal in King or Twin configuration.

2012 Stay and Pay Specials

Stay and Pay specials are back for 2012 and are available across all accommodation options including The Residence and The Royal.

Stay and Pay specials are valid from 1st April 2012 – 20th June, 16th July – 19th December and 6th January 2013 – 31st March.

Booking Terms and Conditions

From 1st April 2011

Up to two children 12-years and under may stay free of charge in the room when sharing with a parent or guardian. Extra bedding cost F$50. Cots are complimentary.

Food and Beverage for children: 0-4 years old stay and eat for free, 4-12 years old F$120 (inclusive of all taxes)

Rates are subject to change due to events beyond Vomo’s control.

Minimum stay of 5 nights required from December 20th – 2nd January only.

Children are welcome at the resort all year round. Please contact Vomo for Turtle Club dates.

A deposit of 50% is payable within 14 days of confirmation of booking.

Non-payment of deposit may result in the release of booking.

Balance of payment is due 30-days prior to arrival or cancellation of booking may result.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing via email or fax from the reservation company, the receipt of which needs to be acknowledged and verified by Vomo.

Greater than 30-days prior to arrival date with written notice of cancellation: no cancellation fee.

Between 16 and 30-days prior to arrival date with written notice of cancellation: 50% cancellation fee.

15-days or less notice prior to arrival date with written notice of cancellation: 100% cancellation fee.

No-shows or days not used due to late arrival or premature departure: 100% cancellation fee.

Transfers

Sea Transfers

South Sea Cruises depart Denarau Marina daily at 8.30am, and departing Vomo approximately 4pm. Sailing times are approximately 90 – minutes. One-way adult fares are F$171, children under 5-years old sail free of charge and children 5-15 years old cost F$85.

Seafiji Speedboat charters depart Denarau Marina with a sailing time of approximately 1-hour. Up to 4 people F$797, up to 8 people F$940, up to 11 people F$1,288, up to 16 people F$1,860 and up to 20 people F$2,443. Road transfers from Nadi International Airport to Port Denarau are F$55 for up to 4 people, F$95 for up to 7 people.

Air Transfers

Helicopter transfers depart Nadi International Airport with a flight time of approximately 15 minutes. Transfers cost F$395 per person one-way with a F$100 return discount. Infants 0-1 travel free of charge, children 1-2 F$237 one-way and 13+ travel at full adult fare.

Seaplane transfers depart from Nadi Domestic Airport with a flight time of approximately 15 minutes. Check in is 30-minutes prior to scheduled departure. Transfers cost F$245 per person one-way with a F$50 return discount. Infants 0-1 F$69 one-way, 1-11 F$207 one-way, 11+ full fare.
