Vomo is a perfect place for an intimate or large celebration to renew your wedding vows. Vomo wedding or vow renewal preparations can include, and are not limited to:

• Marriage Celebrant.
• Hairdresser and make up artist.
• Preparation of the wedding cake and decorations.
• Senikai Spa on Vomo offers full facial and body treatments.
• Photography and video arrangements.
• Special dining venues and arrangements can be made on Vomo and Vomo Lailai.
• Floral decoration including wedding bouquets and a floral headpiece (tiara)for the bride.
• Vomo choir to serenade the bridal party prior to and following the ceremony.
• Fijian Warrior escorts for the bride.
• Traditional costumes and salusalus (scented leis).
• Fruit basket and flowers in your villa.

Legal Requirements

Marriage licenses are issued to couples in person at the Registrar Office in Nadi, from Monday to Friday only.

You may need to spend a night on the mainland due to flight arrival times. In this instance Vomo can arrange transfers for you and your fiancé to Nadi to complete license formalities.

You will be required to provide original copies of your Birth Certificates and your passports. If either partner has been married, either a Decree Absolute or Death Certificate is required. If either person is under 21 years of age, his or her parent must be present to sign a consent form witnessed by the Registrar.

Weddings may be held on any day of the week and Vomo staff members will happily attend the wedding and sign your Marriage Certificate as witnesses if required.

Not just limited to weddings, vow renewals, birthday parties and family reunions, Vomo is an ideal corporate escape with a backdrop able to improve leadership, foster team building and encourage motivation.

Sole Use

Vomo can be booked for sole use special occasions or functions. Sole use of the island enables guests to plan activities unique to their group and affords a once in a lifetime experience of having a luxurious tropical island at your fingertips. Management can assist with all aspects of planning your sole use experience on Vomo including cuisine, function ideas and liaising with guests.

With no other resorts and no local villages on the island, guests will have exclusive use of Vomo during their visit. Guests can use the beach on either side of the island and there is always a secluded private spot on the sand or under the trees.
